Who we are

What we collect and why

  • Enquiry & proposal data (name, email, organisation, and the details you provide) — to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and/or steps to enter a contract.
  • Lead-magnet & subscription data (email, role, topic) — to send the resource and, with consent, relevant updates. Lawful basis: consent.
  • Analytics & cookies — only non-essential analytics with your consent (see Cookies below).

Health (special-category) data. Our forms are not intended for special-category patient data. Please do not submit identifiable patient information. Where a service genuinely requires special-category data, we will agree an appropriate UK GDPR Article 9 condition, lawful basis and safeguards (including a DPIA) before processing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors that help us operate (e.g. email delivery and hosting), under contract. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email info@medsglobalhealth.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
