Who we are

What we collect and why
- Enquiry & proposal data (name, email, organisation, and the details you provide) — to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and/or steps to enter a contract.
- Lead-magnet & subscription data (email, role, topic) — to send the resource and, with consent, relevant updates. Lawful basis: consent.
- Analytics & cookies — only non-essential analytics with your consent (see Cookies below).
Health (special-category) data. Our forms are not intended for special-category patient data. Please do not submit identifiable patient information. Where a service genuinely requires special-category data, we will agree an appropriate UK GDPR Article 9 condition, lawful basis and safeguards (including a DPIA) before processing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Trusted processors that help us operate, under contract. We do not sell your data. Our current processors are our web host, our email provider, and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this site as a content delivery network and therefore necessarily processes connection data such as your IP address, request URL, browser type and approximate location in order to route, secure and serve each request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies needed for the site to work. Cookie-based analytics, advertising and personalisation are blocked until you give affirmative consent via our cookie banner, and you can change your preferences at any time. In practice this means Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you accept.
Separately, our content delivery network runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page performance and traffic volume. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not use fingerprinting, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other websites. Because it does not store or access information on your device, it runs on all page views rather than waiting for cookie consent.
