- Triage. We read the full draft, identify the target journal's expectations, and tell you honestly where the manuscript stands and what the editing will involve.
- Structural edit. We address the architecture first — the research question, the flow of argument, and whether the results and discussion are aligned and proportionate.
- Reporting-standard alignment. We check the manuscript against the relevant guideline (CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA and similar) and flag any gaps before an editor does.
